The staff are usually extremely nice and accommodating. This time, not so much. We have a senior and puppy graet danes, and this was the puppy's first road trip. When we got to the hotel, she was super excited, and jumped up on the bed and peed. I went to the desk clerk and asked for a new flat sheet and blanket, but apparently they only have 1 blanket per bed. When we went to check out. She kept $25 of my pet deposit, "because there is pee on the floor". I explained to her how they were great danes and when they drink, they dribble everywhere, and thats what was on the floor. She didnt care. Ill probably find a new motel the next time we go there. Besides that, the pool is never open.

Nobody at front desk. Walls and ceiling in disrepair. Refrigerator had been defrosted very recently and had leaked a lake of water all over the floor which we had to clean up. We found out then how filthy the floof was. The mattress was cheap and like sleeping on a piece of plywood. I didn't rate it terrible because the room was at least a warm place out of the cold.

I should have known better with it being a Motel 6 but I figured a 7.4 rating it shouldn't be that bad boy was I wrong, old building old rooms window on first floor would not shut or lock shower was hot so I guess that was a plus definitely won't be staying again
