The Harbor

Great location and it is a nice unit. The only issue is the steep stairs since are both 80. Did not use the interior elevator since it was not recommended.

LOVELY Condo in the PERFECT location

We booked this place last minute...the night before we decided to drive"Up North" with my parents for the weekend for a quick Fall escape. My husband and I are in our mid to late 40s, and my parents in their 70s. To our pleasant surprise, the condo was better than it even looks on the pictures and description. It is lovely and in great condition, clean and well maintained. The view to the main street and also towards the bay is just magical. The kitchen is perfect and the master bed room a beauty Such a cute little town. Everything downtown is within walking distance from this condo. And if you're ever there, you MUST stop at Tom's Mom's cookies next door. Absolutely delicious! And please don't miss out on THE BEST breakfast in town at Small Batch at The Cupola. Let me tell you, if there is a wait, it is well worth it! I promise! Going back to the condo, there is also an elevator that my parents were able to use. It was a nice surprise. It is truly a magical place to spend with another couple or if you have a small family. There's only a few things we would have changed. The MUST is the size of the beds. The smaller room definitely NEEDS a Queen size bed, at a minimum. It currently has a double. It could fit a Queen size bed and it would make such a HUGE difference. AND there's no reason why the BIG master room can't have a King size bed. I would say a bigger TV in the living room would be a nice change, specially when TVs are so cheap these days.

Amazing property in a great location

This is a wonderful property in a great location in the heart of downtown Harbor Springs. You can walk to everything - shopping, marina, excellent restaurants and more. Management company very friendly and easy to work with. Looking for a great place to stay, this is it!

Anniversary stay

My wife and I had a 4 day stay for our anniversary. The accommodations were as advertised, spacious, up to date and spotless. Great kitchen area with vaulted ceiling and cool accent lighting for the evening. Living room area comfortable, with large couch, “smallish” TV’s in the living area and bedroom, but both with smart technology with all streaming services available. Bedrooms good size, both with queen beds. One bedroom is actually big with a huge walk in closet. With the size of that room a king bed would have been preferable, but obviously not a big deal. Wonderful balcony overlooking Main St. as well as the large bay of windows in the kitchen. You are in walking distance to everything in the downtown of Harbor Springs. Locally owned coffee shop nearly right underneath the apartment and local cookie shop just out the back door. FUN! One dedicated parking spot is provided. All in all, awesome and perfect for our stay!
