You would have thought that they would have offered a discount since the elevator didn’t work and hasn’t for at least a couple weeks. The stairs aren’t easy to navigate when you have had two back surgeries.

My kids were eaten alive by bed bugs and spider bites! I was told we would get a different room on our second night and we returned to the hotel to find that not only did did they not have a different room for us but said they entered our room without our permission or knowledge and said they sprayed for bugs. They had not sprayed anything. We had to find other accommodation and were extremely put out.
