Great Option

The hotels in Hershey are very pricey, but we were glad that at least we got a good one. Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff was such conscientious. We’ve stayed there before and had the same good experience. Definitely recommended.

Found over all experience at this location was top notch from check to check out. Breakfast choices were great , room was very nice very clean, beds were super comfy. Was the perfect drive to Hershey park and down town for our weekend get a way. 10 out of 10!!!

We went for a concert at Hershey park it was great location from the park 11 mins. Room was nice and clean no complaint. Only issue was I called a week in advance for early check in and they told that would be find just to give them a 30 minutes heads up. When I got into town called 30 minutes before to be told my room wasn't ready and I would have to wait until closer to check in we arrived at 12:30 check in was 3p-4p so I was upset about that. They did call me about 40 minutes later to.let me know the room was ready.

Very loud partying, no sleep

I usually don’t complete surveys but felt I should on this one to warn other families that this place was very loud after hours. They have many signs in multiple locations saying after 10pm is quiet time but we had almost no sleep due to an extremely loud neighbor that went very late into the night. Complaining to the front desk changed nothing and the party kept going. If you have young children or enjoy and good nights rest find another spot.

Clean and comfy, but VERY thin walls.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was great. Came back to the hotel after a concert and no parking left at the hotel. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. The people next to us were VERY loud beginning at 5 am. Plus, people in the hallway were loud at 1:30 am. Made for a not so good night for rest.

One of my worst stays ever. The AC was broken in several common areas. Breakfast was mediocre at best. My first room had multiple issues: the fridge was broken, the bathroom door didn’t close properly, and the bedsheets felt damp. The front desk staff was kind and moved me to a new room, but things got worse. Due to what seemed to be a system error, housekeeping never serviced the new room. When I brought it up, I was handed fresh towels and a new garbage bag to clean the room myself. Noise was another issue, the walls are paper-thin, and you can hear everything from the hallway and adjacent rooms. Lastly, one of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for the advertised EV charger. In reality there’s only one plug, it’s difficult to use(15 minutes to set up an account), and the electricity rates are unreasonably high. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was far below expectations.

Nice hotel

The room was clean and comfortable. The service was great - very friendly staff! The only complaints would be the breakfast - not a lot of options, and no milk for cereal. And the water temperature in the shower was all over the place - cold and then very hot and back to cold again. I think they need more parking - it was a little sketchy sharing with Red Roof Inn, and there weren’t many spots left when we got there after Hersheypark closed.

Nice area outside.. Air not working in lobby or hallways, breakfast was lame with stale bread. Rooms had fresh towels daily but sink or tub not clean. Lotion or makeup face wipes only given 1 time in a 5 day stay. Bathroom floor needed to be clean. Bathroom door did not lock. Two bodywash and one conditioner in tub but no shampoo. Staff could be friendlier. Will not be going back.
