This was probably the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was very friendly and everyone was working hard. Every staff member including front desk,cleaning staff, breakfast attendant were working very hard.

The hotel is beautiful - the lobby, dining area, and our room decor were very beautiful. My only complaint was that the bed was very hard/not comfortable, and the pillows were cheap-feeling and very flat. Typically, there are different pillow types on the bed to give you a choice. The pillows we had actually flared up my sciatica and caused neck pain because they were terrible. LOVED the look of the hotel, so I would highly recommend replacing the pillows and adding different types and you'll be gold.
