Bring your kid to work

Place was immaculate.Lounge on 5th floor was lovely, amazing view. However, at 7-730pm we informed the staff in the lobby there was a "kid" slamming around on the 5th floor. It sounded like WWE Tournament. Deliberately jumping , running, for hours on end. Nothing was done. It was so loud we couldnt watch a movie. I phoned down at 940pm to let them know again- the front desk manager responded by telling me "technically, quiet time doesnt start for another 20 mins". The moment I hung up, the kid stopped. We feel that a staff member brought a kid to work and put him in one of the rooms w the tv on... No other explaination

Excellent all the way around!! Beautiful hotel. Clean and new! Toiletries smelled great. The only negative is paying for what seems like your typical hotel continental breakfast the is included at other hotels. But really enjoyed our stay.

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel! It is in a great location, the rooms were so nice. They told me the hotel has been open 3 years and the rooms still smelled brand new. The restaurant on the roof top is so nice. They light up the hotel and pool area at night. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!
