There was no coffee maker or microwave in the room. Rooms appeared clean and very basic. Major issue with beds and pillows. Mattress felt as if a bar was going through our lower backs. The pillows were extremely old and lumpy to the point of using sweatshirts as pillows instead. Both beds were equally terrible. Worst night sleep in years. The breakfast was not as described, extremely limited options, juice dispenser was not working and the eggs were questionable as to whether or not they were actually an egg product. We will not be staying at a Tru hotels by Hilton again.

Honestly a very clean and nice hotel. Check in staff was great. However, at 2:00 am the floor above us had so much going on. It sounded like a roller skating rink or running back and forth. Woke me and my boyfriend up. Went on for a few hours. Unsure if anybody else heard it.

Very loud. You can hear every door open and close at night. You can hear every footstep down the halls and in every room next to and above you. Room service is only provided every other day, not every day. There is only one office type chair in the room, very uncomfortable I might add, so you always have to sit on the bed. No microwave in the room. Upon entering the room found that the window shade did not function, called help desk and they said, sorry about that, we will let maintenance know, either they didn't tell maintenance, or maintenance did not care because it was never fixed. If you are a light sleeper, find another hotel.

Everything was fantastic. The room was clean and breakfast was very good. Our only issue was that the TV in our room didn't work (it had an error on the screen and said contact the front desk) but we didn't report it until checkout because we didn't really need it so not the hotels fault. We would stay there again.

From the moment we arrived until we left, the staff was courteous and friendly. The room was small but clean and quiet. The breakfast had more options than other places we had been at recently. The cost was good. We would definitely stay again.
