When you enter the room, it is nicely clean and prepared, but they never come to clean, change the garbage, bring other towels, soap, or do anything else until I left. Imagine I stayed from Sunday to Wednesday, and nothing changed since I entered the room. I had to go out and find my own soap so I could remain okay. But the place is good, and the staff, parking, and nearby shops are all excellent.

Bates motel knockoff

The entire bed including comforter smelled like urine and we could not use the bed. When confronted with the issue all nedding was changed and room was supposedly clean. It wasnt. Hair still in and on the tub, floor was covered in dirt but they did use air freshener. I asked for a refund and was told the manager is out with his family. There were 2 kids mostly likely brother and suster who coukd nkt assist. What a joke. Do not stay here and hotels.com needs to removed them immediately.
