Very dirty. Staff came to my door twice to see if I was checking out, before my actual check out time which was super annoying. The hallways & elevator were also dirty. The bed was comfortable, though.

No bedding for pull out couch, asked 3 times at the front desk, every time he told me 5 minutes, an hour later I go back and he screams in my face in a crowded lobby, very rude and unprofessional, then came back with just a pile of bed linens, pillows and a blanket and practically threw them on a chair for me to bring to the room myself, discovered the linen closet was directly opposite our room and it took an hour!!!! We didn’t check in until 9pm and the room should have been ready at 3. The location is close to restaurants which is convenient and the gym was clean, however, the stairwells looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in ages, there was food and a white powder all over them and as far as staff go, I was not impressed at all!
