All around was horrible from the beginning. Very filthy place towels and bedding I asked for new bedding they wouldn’t give us clean towels or wash cloths said they didn’t have any. Im pretty sure the lady just didn’t want to get out of her phone when I say the pictures and reviewed are deceiving it’s not a joke. There was nothing for breakfast but cereal that looks like the same cereal from from of the pictures that was posted. Im not a complainer but I guess it’s true you get what you pay for thankfully we are on our way to a much cleaner place.

Staff was good. Overall condition of the hotel was poorly taken care of. Ceiling tiles in hallway missing, walpaper peeling, generally dirty and tired look of hotel. Hotel is outdated and dingy.

The room had a bad scent, a hand towel by the sink was used and not changed, we arrived late and was extremely tired so didn’t make a complaint and left early this morning.

Room 150 is the first room in from the parking lot. HVAC has very good heat. Use fan Auto mode unless you like continuous fan sounds. Curtain is a little long, gets blown around by HVAC. Staff supplied paperclips to shorten curtain. Bathroom sink stopper stuck down. Room has a renovated stall shower with no place for a bar of soap or hang a washcloth. Handle rotate left for hot, right for cold, and lift handle to turn on water. Room is DARK, no overhead lamp. Need a lamp on the desk. No AC power at desk; outlets occupied by TV, cable box, refrigerator, and microwave. Other outlets on that wall filled with paint. For property: side doors not openable with room card. Door 2, next to Rm 150, is openable. One elevator at middle of building. Parking is a few steps away from Door 2 Note: property is under aircraft flight path with occasional roar & thunder. I liked it but beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
