Family visit

Just an overnight during a family visit. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the room and common areas. Keep up the good work. The breakfast buffet was above average relative to other hotel buffets we've had.

Best Stay I've Had In CT!!

Everything at the Hyatt House was fantastic! Comfortable bed, very roomy and clean. Staff was wonderful! Very convenient to the highway and 2 grocery stores within 1 or 2 miles. I have kids in Ashford, Marlborough and Watertown and all of them under 1 hour of driving time. Full kitchen was so nice to use, especially the dishwasher! I would absolutely stay there again!

Time for some upgrades on 2nd floor. I stayed less than a year ago and higher floor on back of the hotel was better kept. One tile was coming off in the bathrrom. The night stand was ruined. The ceiling in the bathroom had been poorly repaired. I wasn't fully assured that the room had been cleaned prior to my arrival other than the bed being made and towels were neatly hung.

Comfortable and clean

We stayed here for three nights while some renovations were being done at our house accross town. It was very comfortable and clean. The bed was too soft for my liking, but that's just personal preference.
Kitchen came with basic supplies
Nice open floor plan - we didn't use the fold-out couch.
Nice touch that the TV can rotate around for couch or bed viewing. There was no guide for the TV though to tell us what was on or what channels we could get.
The bed was too soft for my back but someone who likes a soft mattress would probably like it.
