Room was spotless. Check in took almost 15 min bc of the line & the customer in front of us who was very rude & disrespectful to the front desk guy. Breakfast was basic, but we had no problems finding food. The food area was mostly clean, no complaints bc we know how hard it is to keep that area clean when customers are so sloppy! We didn’t like the fact they asked us to write our name & room # down for survey purposes.

Everything was great except for the extremely loud people in the hallway. I believe some were other people staying at the hotel and some definitely were employees. Instead of being able to sleep in, we were disturbed and awakened by loud talking for hours.

Had a refurbished room which was great. Breakfast too had a variety. However dogs on the same floor as we were on took away two nights of good sleep. Didn’t realise dogs were allowed into hotel rooms :(. Also for some reason the TV didn’t work and kept going on and off, and on and off, and on and off.

The hotel was very clean, I stayed for about 3 nights and the front desk was very helpful. Early check in was an additional charge though which through me off bc it was an additional $40. Check in was at 3pm and I did early check in at 12pm instead. The room did smell a little like cigar but I popped the window open and the smell was eventually gone! The hotel cannot control people’s bad habits so I cannot complain about the smell. The sheets were definitely clean. I used UV light for it and no stains on the sheets or pillow cases. No bed bugs or anything biting. The room was clean overall and I truly enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Common areas and elevators could use a little update. Location of hotel was fine … Hotel Beds were very comfortable… Bathroom was clean and provided nice body wash, shampoo and lotion. Overall a really nice overnight stay. Would definitely recommend.

Rooms were clean and nice tree view behind hotel. Loved the smells of built in soaps, shampoo, conditioner in the shower/bathroom. Included breakfast was a nice bonus. Only complaint was the elevator was wierd. It the elevator door forever to close making you question the safety of the elevator. The elevator started moving once without the door being completely closed. We used the stairs afterward (only 3 floor anyways).
