Just fine hotel. Breakfast is very minimal with very few options. Usually there is more fruit , yogurt, and hard boiled eggs. There was a yogurt machine but it was full of sugary sweet yogurt. Lobby was stinky and not sure what smell. Staff is helpful. Felt like a safe location and area.

My only concern is that I have to sleep during the day and drive at night. Sometimes people are working on the room up above and make a lot of noise with machinery and loud talking. I would prefer a room that does not have work scheduled overhead!

Unacceptable…

There was nothing in Reservation information that you would not get nightly room service like all other hotels .. I stayed 11 days and only got room service 2 times unacceptable —I had to ask mutiple times to get more towels and get room cleaned —they would promise next day service and still Not done …Also toilet backed up twice and flood bathroom—first time I had to wait hours to get it fixed and cleaned up. I would alway be told by front desk help over and over again I would get better service and never did! After this incredible bad follow up and service I was not contacted by management to apologize and at least offer somekind of discount for unacceptable customer services I will not ever recommend this hotel in future

The window was left open and tick was able to crawl into our room. This is when we checked in lte around 8:00 pm after travelling all day. Once I found the crawling on our bed, I caught it and immediately took it downstairs. The night manger laughed it off and asked if my window was left open. She stated that she would take care of me and ask for a discount of some kind. Never happened. The hotel windows have no screens!!! Terrible experience! Even aftrr calling corporate they would not give me any compensation. I would love for their family to stay in a hotel room that had a tick in it. This situation could have really coild.have taken a turn for the worst if we would have gotten bitten.

The property was clean, well kept and well managed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The WiFi was good and so was the gym. The room did include breakfast - which was good.
