The elevators , hallways and rooms all have continuous marajuana smokers in them . There is a no smoking policy but it is ineffective. If you need to get sleep it’s a toss up with people roaming the hallways all night and children running back and forth above . Cooking odors permeate the 3rd floor as well as questionable other cooking . Permanent residents argue late at night . A person was sleeping in their car for a month near the dumpster . Stay if you don’t mind these conditions . Netflix was the only bonus . Staff was friendly but mostly hands off .

we switched rooms because the carpet in room #1 was dirty. Room #2 had a composite floor that was clean. Ask for a room with no carpet.

It started at the desk. I was asked for 20 dollars for early check-in. (55 minutes early) I came back at 4 (Check-in starts at 3). The staff were 2 women on their phones. As they were checking me in, they were talking to each other. I waited an additional 20 minutes for the room key. The room. At this point, I need to get in, as I have deadlines and need to get to work. After I finished my day, I went to turn on the TV only to find that the HDMI port was bad. The TV was not working. I called the front desk and was told to set ot to HDMI, etc. I told her I done all that and they would send someone up. 40 minutes later, I called again, and they said they had no one to look at it, sorry. I ended up using a Q-tip to wedge so the TV would have a signal. The room's cleanliness speaks for itself in the photo. The parking lot was covered with snow and ice, even though 2 snow plows were on site. There was a Walmart shopping cart at the front door and a lot of people smoking outside. I have said at other Wyndham properties, never an issue. This property is nonon my company list as a do not stay. Oh. The breakfast, just better to say you have known. Check out. The gentleman at the counter was on his phone; he grabbed my room keys and went back to it. Corporate, all your staff have to go to hospitality retraining, and the cleaning crew. You need a new company.

Super 8 Middletown Cromwell is a location close to stores and interstate. Many residents. Smoking is an issue . If you are allergic stay at your own risk .

People fighting and screaming all night. I should’ve known when the sign in the lobby mentioned calling the police, eviction and a $250 fine for disorderly conduct.
