I kept having issues with my key cards (4 times). They kept giving me the same room cards that I told them did not work. My mother stayed in a different room and the same issue. The hotel was okay but the shower head in my room was beyond need of repair

Our front door lock to our room, never worked properly and only one card worked after getting help with the door. The food snack items in the little lobby store were ridiculously overpriced so all guests were forced to walk to the 7-Eleven next-door to get snack snacks The television quality was awful. The image was extremely fuzzy, and there was no proper guide or information when going through the channels. I travel for work frequently and always stay at Hilton properties, but I will try a different Hilton property the next time I am in that area.
