Stayed here overnight on our way to Orange Beach for a family vacation. The hotel is clean, quiet, and nicely located close to many dining options. The staff was very welcoming and eager to assist during our stay. The lobby/bistro area is comfortable and spacious. The pool was a nice place to relax and unwind. We’ll stay here again on our way to the beach again.

I needed cash to dry my clothes. There was no ATM machine available to me. And even if there’d been one there I still would have needed quarters. The staff actually GAVE me 8 quarters to dry my clothes. I thought that was an awesome gesture.

Hotels Very Unhappy

I booked with you guys a King Suite Room with a balcony & a two person tub. I get to hotel in only thing available was a double queen bed no balcony, hair all on bathroom floor. So basically what I book on hotels site wasn’t what I got. Very confusing very disappointing, very unhappy, being it was late night I don’t want to cancel & load luggage back in my truck.

We liked the room because of location but could hear everything upstairs. The beds were not soft for the price but overall, it wasn’t terrible and it was clean. If I had to I’d stay again but will choose another place for softer beds next time.

Overall, pretty nice. Out of body wash in the bath, plus last guest left a partial bar of soap, so cleaning is dubious. All the water in the bath was HOT all the time. No mirrors in studio.
