The whole stay was wild. Reggie, who checked me in, did the whole check-in process without saying a word to me. The heat in the room was broken and wouldn't go lower than 81 degrees. There was also dust dangling from the heating vent. I couldn't complain because the phone was broken, I went to the front desk and waited 15 minutes in an abandoned lobby, and eventually had to call in from my cell phone. They moved me to a new room, and in the morning I discovered that the shower had no hot water. I tried to call down to the front desk, but there was no phone in the room. I was moved to a third room, which had working heat, hot water, and a working phone. Unfortunately, this was when I discovered that the "in room dining" they offered from "7 am to 10 pm" did not exist, and if I wanted food I would have to go to the restaurant, which did not open until 5pm. Nor was the "Pronto Cafe" in the lobby open at any point during my stay. Now I understand why I only saw two other guests the whole time I was there.

This hotel is one of the worst hotels. The entire hotel is dumpster fire. I checked in and got to my room. When I went into the bathroom and immediately noticed a bunch of dirty towels. They hotel staff never cleaned the room completely. It gets even better. When I went down to the front desk to talk them. The hotel staff started to curse at each other and almost start fighting. This hotel is gloomy and run down. Cleaning staff is more concerned about listening to his music and not cleaning the hotel. Broken down. It felt like the "Rattison Hood Hotel". I have more stuff to add to this story. It will be up soon.

I booked this hotel because it is supposed to be a nice place to stay. When I checked in the lady was friendly, all went well. When I got to my room and unpacked after a day of working outside in 12° weather I wanted a shower. However the shower in room 503 did not work properly. When you turned the water on it became warm enough for a shower but when you pulled up on the diverter valve to transfer the water to the shower head it was ice cold. And after mutiple attempt for 1/2 hour it would not work So I took a bath. I am a large guy and this made me upset. I did report it to the front desk in the morning but no action was taken. It was never fixed during my stay. There is much more to complain about. I and working in this area for a few months staying every week Mon -Thursday. This week Tues-Friday because of the recent storm. And I WILL NOT stay in your hotel again. I travel a lot and I will go out of my way to avoid Radisson Hotels. And I will express this to all my co workers and friends. The morning clerk when I woke him up appeared from a room with no lights and could not print a simple receipt. I needed it printed not emailed. Nope he could not do it. Nore did he seem to care at all and he disappeared for 15 minutes as others lined up to check out. I finally left...Late for work...

Everything was bad, whole stay made me restless Got to the hotel, was assigned to a room someone was in already, I tried opening the door and the person in the room slammed it shut. Understandable on the visitor’s side, but weird. Entire check in staff were terrible, rude and were acting all high and mighty, except the guy in the morning, the one after him absolute worse I understand we get stressed by work sometimes, but why u acting condescending and like I’m supposed to know where everything is in a place I’m just visiting for the first time. Gave bad directions on how to get to the stairs bc their elevator was out
