Room was clean, and the temp was good- and the shower was hot and had great pressure…but the blow dryer was broken, the sink drain had standing water, the fan in the bathroom was broken, the tub had standing water- no drainage at all, the soap dish doesn’t hold soap, there was no microwave, the curtains did not fully close, the TV didnt work the first day. I was told the whirlpool hasn’t worked since covid - the pool was like ice - not heated. Upon arrival,We were told that we had to find our own luggage cart- that took 15 minutes, the back door to the hotel was not locked and open to the public. You did not need your key to get in. You had to PAY for coffee and water!!!! And it was only available until 11am and the bar with food opened at 5pm!!!!!???? No morning coffee! WOW we did not see that coming - the price of the room we had should have been half what we paid. My hard earned money should have been spent elsewhere. Staff was good. And towel service was good.

Was very disappointed with my stay the pool I was informed was open it was closed A few things in the room were not in working order Very noisy throughout the night security came up and warned the people And no phone call back from the manager will not be staying in the future Definitely not what I expected from a place like the Radisson And no phone call shows you how much they care about their clients that would most likely be spending about 20,000 A year at their hotel I travel 5 Times a week and was looking for a place regularly Again very very disappointed will not recommend this place

I left my charger in the room. I went there yesterday morning and spoke the gentleman. He took my information and told me he will call back since he called house keeper, but they were not responding. I will not recommend going there, because their housekeeper will not return what you left there.
