Filthy doesn't cover it!

The rooms were horribly filthy. My feet were black walking on the hitel floor. There was so much dirt in our ac i had to put a towel over it for a filter. Ring in toilet, ring in bathroom. Totally unacceptable in my opinion

Unfortunate and kind of obnoxious.

We arrived late at night, since we just needed a place to get some solid sleep on our road trip. The guy that checked us is was friendly. But then it quickly started to go downhill. Firstly, there was a bright light on the wall that lit up the entire room, even when all the lights were out. (It's the thermostat) Then the refrigerator was making loud noises on and off all night. At 9:AM there was the knock on the door and a lady entered, waking us both up. I had gotten maybe 4 hours sleep by then. Then again, as we were actually waking up, another knock and enter by the housekeeper. Mind you, the do not disturb sign is on the door.

Decent place for the money if you are passing through for a single overnight. Bring your own pillow for a much better night’s sleep. Glad to have the waffle option in the morning.

Someone tried to enter my room at 9:15am in the morning. Thankfully I had the main lock on so it stopped them from opening the door all the way. No one knocked, and it shouldn’t have been housekeeping since nothing was said before hand and check out is stated as 11am. Not safe for solo travelers / women traveling alone. I want my money back…. Its terrifying that someone was able to just enter my room like that

I like that it was quiet and overall the room was clean, except for the toilet. I dislike that the entire place smelled like cigarettes, many things were broken down and the breakfast was horrible. There was a juice machine which literally poured water, no actual juice. I get it’s free breakfast but it was not good at all. I don’t think I’d stay here again unless it was my only option
