I’ve stayed at numerous Days Inn and this one was by far excellent in every respect! Staff, clean rooms, breakfast. 10 stars Days Inn Independence MO was the worst stay I have ever experienced. The manager is rude and unresponsive. Unclean rooms. -1 star

The toilet was dirty, probably due to the poor local water quality. Breakfast selection was very sparse. Only had one coffee carafe and the staff doesn't check on it. When I reported to the staff that it's empty, it took almost 20 minutes to make a new pot.

If you need a cheap place to grab a few winks, this place will do the job. If you are looking for service: a clean bathroom, working showers, working lights, and a staff that could care less, then this is the place for you! This property continues to decline. I do not recommend.

Staff was almost non existent. Bathtub was gross with dirt all over it. Toilet was all mouldy inside and looked like it had never been cleaned. Toilet was plugged. Front desk clerk had to be called to the front desk by using a phone on the front desk. Came to desk in flip flops and a cordless phone with major bed head. Will never stay at another Days Inn. Wish I could post pictures.
