The room we were in smelled like dog pee. The refrigerator didn’t work. The bathroom door didn’t close without having the push it hard. And the toilet seat was loose and old. But the desk clerk was super nice considering we checked in at 3am. :)

I’m we had booked a king room, checking in the front desk said the door didn’t work. So we said is there a room the door will work. He put us in a queen room. Got to the room, the toilet wouldn’t flush- no water in the tank! Room was dirty. Noisy could hear the room next door all night. Towels dirty. Contacted manager next day he was rude and did not address any of our complaints! Rude as ***

Poor stay

When we turned on the shower the water brown and the drain barley drained. The cups were not wrapped so I have no clue how many hands had touched them. The breakfast was horrible. My eggs were cold. The pancake mix was out along with all the juice except 1 was empty.
