Your website said the cribs were free. We were greeted with a $25 charge when we asked for one. The carpet was torn and tattered at the threshold, and the pillows were very poor and flat.

The room & the amenities were phenomenal. It was spacious & inviting. The bed was very comfortable, & the automatic shades made for good sleep. However, I found the desk clerk to be rather uninviting. He didn't offer any information of his own accord. We had to ask about whether there was a bar, as we had wanted to stop for a couple of drinks since it was New Year's Eve. We were simply told the motel had a bar but that it wasn't open. Then we asked about breakfast & were told there was a buffet for $10. We weren't even told the hours or where the buffet was held. Then we were handed our room key with no explanations of room location. I had to ask if there was an elevator. While he was never blatantly rude, he did not exude hospitality or an appreciation for our patronage. It was mediocre customer service.

The property was clean, safe and the staff was friendly. As for accommodations, there is an up charge for that should be their catch fraise. They are listed as a pet friendly hotel and they are for a $50 non refundable charge. Wifi $4.95, Internet $10, breakfast $10. The parking is included!
