This home was beautiful. Fully stocked with whatever you needed. Since we were there for Christmas, they decorated the whole house and put up a Christmas tree. We were so surprised. Felt safe in the area. Pictures of the front of the house are deceiving, it's not just a plain house as it looks in this picture, it is a beautiful 2 story 5 bedroom home with two living areas. Would highly recommend.

Girls weekend 3

We had a really nice girls weekend at Alpine Ridge. Everything was super simple as far as check in/out, directions, entering and exiting the community, etc.Everything is close by for your convenience. We ordered in food twice and had no issues with delivery, although there was a bit of a larger delivery fee (fyi. Not Alpine’s fault). We went into town the first day and had a great time. The drive from Alpine to parking in town was a breeze. One thing to note is cell service at Alpine. I have seen other reviews regarding this. It’s very spotty. There is wifi though of course and had no issues with that. I noticed there wasn’t lighting on the large back decks at night, (unless there was reasoning listed previously and I missed it). There is little lighting out front at night. I personally like to have a light on out front at night for safety purposes anywhere I am, but there was one small light on the front porch at least, so that was good. The home was very clean and stocked with enough dishes, cups/mugs/glasses for a good amount. Everyone was comfortable in their rooms & bathrooms. One and only real complaint for me was the toilet paper holder in the master bath. Part of it fell off when I was gently taking tissue off of it. It slides right back in, no issue. But it is slightly unbalanced and the rubber stopper on it does not keep it from continually falling off every time you grab some paper from it. We would definitely return for a stay at Alpine Ridge! Practically Perfect in Every Way

For starters, the pictures do not do it justice! I am often disappointed with properties, because the pictures look better than the actual thing. This home is the exception. The place is immaculate with thoughtful details such as starter supplies for bathroom and kitchen. The decorated Christmas tree was a nice touch! We had plenty of room with comfortable beds and a nice family hangout space with pool table and living space downstairs. You are so close to downtown Helen with the privacy of a mountain cabin. If you have small children, be aware of the many steep steps, but otherwise it is the perfect spot for a big group with older kids, teens, or friend group!

We had plenty of room and location to downtown was great. Not walkable for us because of the hills and distance but still a good location. Bring everything you need except toilet paper and paper towels. Linens are provided.

Passport Chics Get-a-way

This place was AMAZING! It there were 5 of us staying; each individual had her own space! We enjoyed the area downstairs to hang out, play pool, and watch TV. The kitchen was very spacious! It was stocked with everything needed (minus oven mitts, but I requested some). I will say this...if your celluar device is not with Verzion, you will not have strong service, and the wifi at the house will not help you get better service. However, the wifi works great for all the devices at the house. Only the family rooms (top and bottom) and the master bedroom have Dish boxes. The other TVs require you to sign in to some form of streaming (Netfix, Hulu, etc.). We truly loved the location of this place! We were a 5 minute drive to downtown! The property managment stayed in close contact with us the entire time! I felt as if I could have reaced out at anytime of the day or night. But I honestly did not have to because they were on top of EVERYTHING! I loved the hospitality! We will definitely consider staying here again when we return!

Alpine Ridge Family Stay

We had a great time during our stay at Alpine Ridge. The property was as described in the listing. It was clean and the management team was responsive during our stay. We enjoyed the quiet location near the golf course, and the opportunity to see a bear and 5 cubs one morning below the deck. If I had to list one item that could be improved, more kitchen towels would have been helpful. One upstairs and one from the kitchenette downstairs was just not enough. At least two in each space would have been better. Aside from that, it was a wonderful stay!

The house met our needs. We wee looking for a large enough home with enough space for our large group. The pool table was a big hit with our group. The single biggest issue with our stay was our inability to have any consistent internet service. I was never able to use my computer and cell phone clarity was sporadic. I had to walk down the driveway or go on the upper terrace in order to have any type of service,

A great family retreat!

We loved our stay! The house and location were perfect for our two families to get together. There was plenty of room for the kids to spread out at night, and also lots of places for the adults to hang without waking anyone up. Super close to restaurants and cool trails. Very clean and well kept property. We were sad to leave!

GOLFER'S PARADISE

We stayed here for our annual men's golf trip. We were less than a minute from the golf course. The official sized pool table downstairs was also wonderful. I would highly recommend this rental 5 stars

This house is amazing. Perfectly clean, well stocked, well laid out. The downstairs area with the pool table and games were a great kid escape for the 5 teens and tweens we had with us. Beautiful views off the back porch as well.
