This amazing Chattahoochee riverfront property is perfect for small groups retreating to the Helen, Georgia mountains. This 2 bed 2.5 bath is located conveniently in downtown Helen, walking distance to all of Helen`s main attractions. Enjoy this cozy riverside condo minutes away from everything Helen has to offer.
This is it: your perfect Helen vacation spot! Located near downtown Helen with 2 decks overlooking the beautiful Chattahoochee River, you are close to everything at this condo. You can easily walk to Downtown Helen as it's about 1 mile.
You are in the heart of all Helen has to offer. In the summer, you can walk to the access location for the Chattahoochee River Tubing. When you get back from tubing, grab a bite at the North Georgia BBQ on your way back to the condo, or choose from one of the many other restaurants nearby.
Sit out on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness as you watch the river flowing by. Grill out on the provided grill while you enjoy a glass of wine from one of our local wineries. There is so much to see and do in Helen. For the kids (and adults), there is the Alpine Coaster and several locations to play mini golf. Enjoy strolling the streets of Helen - whatever the season - and do some shopping or grab a funnel cake.

This could not have been a more delightful stay! The location was perfect - on the outskirts of downtown Helen and easily walking distance to everywhere. Parking was adjecent to the condo (carport underneath). Communication was top notch - I did not need to reach out them about anything since everything was shared so clearly before our stay. The condo was a great size. The double porches up and downstairs were our absolute favorite place to spend an evening. We were able to avoid most of the Oktoberfest traffic and noise, although the units were all full the last night we were there. Would absolutely stay here again!

Property was conviently located close to all of the restaurants and shops. The Pink pig BBQ is in walking distance and absolutely delicious. I loved how spacious the property was and the view from the bedroom balcony was great. I would definitely stay here again and maybe book a longer stay next time.

Fun family weekend

We stayed at the cabin over the 4th of July holiday. The location was wonderful and the cabin was well stocked. We loved having 2 king size beds (which were very comfortable), and 3 bathrooms plus a washer / dryer onsite. The gas grill was great for grilling out overlooking the river. Downtown Helen was a short walk and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. There were also some great hikes within a 30 minute drive. We would definitely stay at the property again!

Chattahoochee Breeze

The rental was immaculate and location was perfect. Only complaint was that we didn’t receive check in instructions promptly, were supposed to have received them at 3:00pm for a 4:00 check in time, but didn’t receive them until 4:45 after multiple calls and emails.
