The room was very cold. The thermostat’s batteries were old. They gave us first floor room. No insulation to keep us from hearing people above us taking showers. It was very loud and kept us from sleeping.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very nice when we checked in. I was traveling with a friend who had her own room. She noticed we had rooms on different floors and immediately moved the rooms to the same floor without us even asking. We really appreciated that!

The room was nice it was very clean. The only negatives where the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the hallway and the rooms next to you. The fan in the bathroom also didn't work.
