A last minute trip for Grandson and myself. The room was well maintined, offered exactly what we needed; a good bed and clean bathroom, quiet area... wholly adequate! Will stay again in future.

Not a good experience. That’s the nicest thing I can say the common areas are all very dirty and the room is not very clean either. The bed is very soft and the carpet is stained, and I was afraid to walk on it with bare feet.

The card wouldn’t unlock our door. No one is at the front desk. No toilet paper on holder. Toilet seat askew. Refrigerator made a loud weird noise. So we unplugged it.

The staff was nice asked for a room close to elevators for my elderly mom, got one. Decent bed but the toilet was so low I had to keep helping her to get out. I’m only 5’1 and it was low for me-also wouldn’t flush. Went to lay down for bed and there was a chicken bone on the ground next to the bed. No TV in the room. Really old and run down hotel. Breakfast was minimal but could have been worse. There is a reason why this is one of the cheapest hotels in Helena for sure. Would not stay here again.

Shocking. Disgusting bedroom carpet, zero maintenance, nothing worked, tv couldn't hold a channel, shower dribbled, housekeeping in the evening or not at all. Reception nice but clueless. Room smelt awful.

We got there and the room smelled like cigarettes. We were given another room. Carpet amd walls were dirty and hotel was very bad condition. Asked for additional towels and was told they were still in the dryer. Overall wouldn't wish this place on my enemy.

I have stayed at other super 8 properties but this one was very dirty and run down. Needs a good cleaning and renovation. Carpets very dirty. Bed sheets and pillowcases soiled and stained, windows are dirty and moldy. The staff was pleasant it was the only good thing about this motel , especially the price you pay not worth it at all. Very disappointing 😞

This hotel is located in a central area making it easy to get around Helena. The breakfast was not the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, but it was good enough.

We only appreciate the beds very tired, so disappointed, no amend, ie combs toothbrushes etc. Whole room no power, no phone charger ports that worked. Tv going in and out, we had to block the door with furniture due to someone trying to break in. We couldnt call for help phone disnt work to call down to front desk.

We have stayed at this hotel many, many times. The check-in was positive. The room was clean & comfortable. The breakfast consisted of coffee, yogurt, waffles, toast, English muffin, baby muffins, juice, slices of bread for toasting & apples.

Ended up making an unplanned stop for the night. Only needed a few hours sleep before getting back on the road so didn’t expect anything fancy for the price. I do however expect things to be clean, which they were not. Starting in the elevator going up to our room there was an old towel on the floor. Which was still there at checkout the following morning, it was just kicked onto the floor of the lobby. There was boogers on the bathroom wall, and yellow liquid streaks on the back of the bathroom door. Hair in the tub, that I would’ve felt just as dirty showering in so I waited till we got to our destination to shower. Had it not have been the middle of the night, after our kids were asleep I’d have found another place to go. Thankfully the most important part and only positive thing I have to say was that I did not find bed bugs, which I always check for first.
The towel that was still on the floor the next morning.
