I've had better stays, that's for sure

Staff was friendly when we checked in. Our room was okay but my friend had a weird stain on her sheet so she just slept on top of a different sheet. The bathroom seemed fairly nice and clean but in the morning we saw a roach on the floor by the toilet and immediately checked out. Told front desk and showed them the picture I took of it and they just apologized and said they were calling pest control and that was that. If I hadn't showed him my phone, which he grabbed out of my hand by the way, he wouldn't have believed me. So, I don't really think they'll actually call pest control, but either way I'm not staying at a Super8 again

Okay but no daily maid service

The hotel was clean and in a convenient location. Friendly staff. There was no daily maid service - not a huge concern except that our trash was overflowing by the time we checked out.

This was an excellent place to stay. We were very happy with the space and cleanliness of the room. The lobby was nice and the breakfast was the usual. The coffee qas available all the time and it was excellent.

Not great at all

The hotel was okay. Staff were okay. Room was not so clean. Fingerprints on door, smelled moldy. Tissue in the corner of room behind curtain. Fridge froze our drinks. Was very quiet area. Beds were super hard. Not great parking area. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again for the price I payed. Extremely overpriced!!

I asked twice for cleaning in room and nothing i called them and asked they would say yes amd then we return to hotel and nothing. Had to call for towels at least that was brought but nah . And breakfeast had people sit in lobby me and kids didnt get the chance to have there breakfest unfortunately it was to packed.

Needs more training

The hotel was comfortable enough, and there are amenities such as a pool and a gym. Breakfast was acceptable… There were hot options, which was nice. My primary issue was that upon arrival we asked the desk clerk for some information about the area and he was unable to respond. He said there were no maps available, and we asked which direction to go to walk to the downtown and he couldn’t even point us in the proper direction. If you don’t know these very basic things, you should not be working at the front desk.
