Our family of 5 has traveled a lot and we usually try to stay at condo rentals for space and comfortable sleeping arrangements - this is the first hotel room that feels it adequately fits us all. I would definitely recommend this place for families with children.

The property was clean but was obviously undergoing some construction. Vending machines did not take cards and change was not available from the front desk on the night we checked in. The staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous.

Great hotel for a family. The family/owners were great and very responsive and the room had bunk beds and an arcade machine so the kids had a great time. Very close to Hershey Park as well.

When we arrived there was no one at front desk. There was a angry man waiting for a room to be checked. The first room they gave him had dirty sheets. The next room they gave him he unlocked it and went in and there were people in it. Room was not cleaned properly. There were still dried raisins on the floor. Beds were hard. Not impressed at all

Upon arrival staff at the front desk was very helpful. Check in process was easy. Room is old and needs an upgrade. The free breakfast was not so great. Cereal tasted stale and coffee had a burnt taste to it. I definitely will not return to this hotel . For the money I paid for one night I would expect a nicer hotel.

Our room was great. Perfect for our family. Had a queen bed for us, bunk beds for the kids, and a pull out sofa. We had connect four on the wall and an arcade machine in our room. We were minutes from HersheyPark, and the Hotel wasn’t very crowded at all. Hospitality was great, the parking situation was nice. Very reasonably priced for what it was. Would definitely stay here again.
