Nice stay

The hotel is going through renovations so hotel had a lot of dust. Once itnis completed, the hotel will look very nice. The rooms were comfortable and clean and front desk was very accomodating.

I understand they are remodeling (not very good workmanship on the remodeling) My room was clean but the bathroom room was not! They could have the remodel crew do better making the place suitable for guests.They probably should of closed for the duration rather then let guests deal with their mess.I stay at hotels 20 weeks a year and I will not stay at this one again

Unexpected cancelation by the hotel

They canceled our reservation at 3:00 pm which left us scrambling to find a place to stay. They are supposed to contact you all about refunding out money since we prepaid. Hopefully they do so we get our money back!

The room was big and the bathroom was a great size. For the price, it should have been lower due to the remodeling mess and you can tell the bathroom was in desperate need of being repainted. You can tell it was not n good shape, appearance wise

This hotel is in the middle of renovations. This was not noted or disclosed in any way. Areas unfinished and dusty due to floor and plaster work. May be nice when finished but renovations in progress should be noted 🙂

False Advertising!

We never stayed because the hotel was going through renovations! The lobby was a mess due to workers ripping up floors. The front desk was covered with plastic wrap and it was hard to find the hotel worker! I told her to cancel my stay. I noticed furniture and other things including toilets in piles on the parking lot! Nothing about this was mentioned on the Hotels.com website!

An older hotel that is being renovated. We were able to stay in one of the newly renovated. Was nice and comfortable. Pools is closed, but we knew this when we checked in. Otherwise was a pleasant stay.

Room was changed from what I booked. Bathtub was filthy in first room. Second room had front door locking issues, bedroom door did not close, no bedding on pullout couch, neither of the TVs had cable, outlets were loose and got cords hot, hallways were hard to maneuver due to construction, gym was closed. I wasn't contacted until I was on my way to check in to be told about the reservation,even though I booked this 2 and a half months prior.

The place is being renovated so totally understandable that everything is not in order, however vending machines empty, no amenities in the room..no coffee pot hair dryer or even water glasses or ice bucket. No iron and no bar to hang clothes. ATM was also inoperable. Just a bit pricey for basically nothing but a bed. Also sheets smelled old.

The experience was bad from the start. We booked a family suite and when we xhecked in, we were told they dont have family suites but could give us 2 full bed for the same price. Ok, we had been driving all daybsobwe went with it. The clerk was not pleasant at all, the hotel smelled and the bathroom was dirty with mold on the walls.
