We found the hotel and our room to be very clean. The only suggestion would be to find a different cleaner for the tile in the room. It was clean, but sticky. The sofa was a nice touch, that we usually don't find in other hotels. The bed had quality bedding and was very comfortable. We loved the bathroom. It had pull- out shelves to put your toiletries/makeup bags on. The shower was great, with all the amenities needed. The blackout shades made for a very restful sleep. The breakfast had so much variety and quality selections. We hadn't stayed at a Hampton Inn for years, but now we will be looking for them when traveling.

The sofa bed for my kids was not put together correctly and the head of the bed was at a 45 degree angle so it was sitting up almost like a hospital bed does. The staff didn’t believe me that a bed is supposed to be flat and said they had never received a complaint about it before. We had to put the mattress on the floor just to get them comfortable.
