The dining is a lovely experience and the atmosphere of the entire property was amazing. A historic property with beautiful architecture and lovely antiques throughout the place! The gift shop has an amazing selection of pieces some vintage items and all very pretty pieces! Truly one of the best places I’ve ever visited!

Give yourself time to see it all.

The hotel can be a destination not just a travel through night. Next time we will come for an extra night. There is a train station, a top notch museum, Tina Mion Art gallery, a excellent restaurant, cutest checkin gift shop, nice book store, native plantings and something to look and learn from at each turn. The entire complex is living history and a delight to explore.

It’s a nice boutique hotel. It’s an older property but it’s very well maintained. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a great dinner there and a decent breakfast but I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention that I was charged $3,25 for an extra egg. Seems steep to me.

La Posada is fun and magical stop on any adventure. Beautiful rooms located in a historic building that is essentially an art gallery. Outstanding restaurant with impeccable staff. Dogs are treated like royalty. You will leave happy. And if you never leave it’s a beautiful place to spend the last day of your life.

We love this place!

This is our third or fourth time staying at La Posada and eating in the Turquoise Room. This time we brought family to show them what a delightful place this is, and they fell win love with it, too. The staff is great, the facility so interesting and beautiful, the food fantastic. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, good linens, quiet (despite being a train station!), quiet heat/AC too, lovely gardens. No fridge in room, but the bartender obligingly gave us iced, stemmed wine glasses to use in our room.
