Room location and condition were great. The breakfast was also outstanding. Their fitness equipment and pool are also very good, though the pool needs to either be open all the time, or at least open before 8:30am!

Rooms are nice and clean, staff is wonderful hotel over all is nice, breakfast is good enough but needs to include biscuits and gravy but the reason i don't give 5 stars is the pool area floor is just gross filthy and when i realized id been barefoot walking on it i couldn't stop gagging.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and the amenities are great. A nice pool, attached restaurant (rare for a Hampton Inn) a magnetic bedside phone charger. Would definitely return.

We always spend the weekend after Thanksgiving here in Holland at this hotel. We had a little hiccup at check-in with our desired room not being ready for us but Collin took care of us at check-in on Thanksgiving Day and tried to do everything in his power to make things right for us as he sensed our disappointment. We enjoyed this stay as much as we always do. The kids always look forward to the hotel amenities and spending the time in the Holland area!
