Lorenzo Hotel Dallas, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
"I had one of the worst travel experiences at Hotel Lorenzo. I prepaid for a 3-night stay because I traveled to Texas for a skincare conference, and when I arrived around 10 PM after a long trip, they refused to let me check in because I did not have a physical credit card for incidentals. My wallet had been lost, and I explained the situation multiple times. The room was already fully paid for, and I had identification and proof of payment, but they showed absolutely no compassion or willingness to help. This was my first time in Texas, and instead of trying to find a solution, they left me stranded late at night with nowhere to go. I understand hotels have policies, but customer service and basic human understanding should matter too, especially in emergency situations. The staff made the entire experience stressful, humiliating, and upsetting. I ended up losing money, time, and feeling completely unsafe in an unfamiliar city. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling from out of town."
