Great hotel near Hershey

We booked a queen suite for 6 guests and it was a very spacious room. The condition of the hotel was very clean and updated. Our favorite part of the hotel experience was the free breakfast. Enet the hotel employee who prepared the breakfast was very accessible and catered to our special requests. She was extremely friendly and a joy to speak with. Also, the desk offered some great tips for our trip to Hershey. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

Great location for Hershey Park. Staff was friendly and helpful, but overall seemed shorthanded. Room cleaning was only every-other day unless requested specifically. Overall would stay their again, but wouldn't seek out the experience.

Great location to Hershey Park. The bathroom door I'm oue room squeaked which was a noisy, there was little mildew in shower. Room was big enough for our family. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Pool area way too much chlorine, it burned my eyes I couldn't stay in there for more than 5 mins and I wasn't even in the pool.

Poor room clean up service and conditions

The room service was poor. They do every other day service now. We had 4 people in our room. They left clean towels, but didn’t take some dirty face clothes and other items. There was used cups and other trash that was not removed. Our comforters had stains. They did not give us any coffee refills or new cups and we were out. The beds weren’t made. Basic stuff was not done.
