property was nice clean and quiet. i love the gas station and restaurants around it.. I also like the fact that the outlets are 10 minutes away and a pool even though extremely small is included..

The toilet was leaking. The toilet seat was broken. Biggest thing is the smoke alarm was going off. The employee did not know how to change the batteries so they asked if we were ok staying in the room with out one ?? How is that even legal. No discounts or anything were offered. The sheets were also stained. The entire place was just gross.

An average Holiday Inn Express. Our areas of concern were: 1. Entrance to the property has massive potholes near the bank next door when you turn in to get to the hotel. 2. Noisy - lots of families with small kids making noise at all hours. Ice machines are in the center of the halls next to the only elevator flr the 3 floors (LL is lower level for gym, game room and laundry and other staff areas). The doors are old school wood doors that could use some of those rubber bumpers to soften that hard door shutting. 3. Room - was okay, 310 had a damp /mildew smell that didn’t really bother us or enough to let the desk know. Probably wer floors from kids in the pool before us. 4. Campgrounds near by let the campfire smoke inside and in through the bathroom vents. No working bathroom fans so be prepared. They posted about the smoke. 5. Breakfast area is crowded, but adequate. We went on Easter weekend so lots of people in for hershey park.

Uncomfortable hotel, I couldn't sleep due loudly fan and whatever equipment they have on the roof, I complained to the hotel, the only option they offered is to change the room, after changing the room, the annoying loud noise from the roof got worst. Also, the hotel is next to train track.
