When you head upstairs you'll be greeted with a hallway of bedrooms, a laundry space (supplies provided), and a guest bathroom. On one wing of the upstairs you'll find the primary bedroom which has a comfortable tempur-pedic king bed (sleeps 2), fireplace, and large 4K Smart TV, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower (supplies provided) - you may never want to leave this room! On the other wing of the upstairs houses the other 2 bedrooms - 1 bedroom has a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath (sleeps 3 adults/ or 6 kids) and a desk. The other bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2) and an air mattress if needed to sleep 2 more, if needed.
You will also be provided 2 garages with the option to park in one of them (other one has beach supplies) or use for whatever you'd like! You can park in front of one of the garages, or there is normally plenty of free street parking in front of the unit. In "other things to note" you will find more detailed information about renting our e-bikes during your stay... we also provide beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, sand toys (child friendly!), wagon, cooler, and more to make this beach vacation one to remember!

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 3-bedroom townhome and its amenities, including:
* The entire interior space.
* The attached private, fully-fenced patio with fire pit and grill.

* Two assigned garages. One garage is available for parking your vehicle. The second garage is a dedicated beach hub, stocked with complimentary accessories for your use, including surfboards, boogie boards, a beach wagon, an ice chest, and chairs.
The Stellar Sta*z, LLC team want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping an up-to-date and sanitized/clean property is what is most important to us. Janine will be available 24/7 via phone, text, or messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
Janine takes the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed, so do not plan to visit with Janine in person during your stay (unless there is an issue that needs to be addressed) - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!
Quiet, residential area. 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Townhome located in a 4-plex with attachment to one wall, however, walls are thick and haven't had any issues with noise. A lot of fun activities are all nearby such as beach volleyball, surfing, fishing, biking and of course swimming in the ocean. Plenty to do here with numerous events throughout the year, like the US Open of Surfing, Volleyball tournament’s, Airshows, 4th of July parades and fireworks.
Huntington Beach has plenty of public transportation options such as the Metro Bus, Uber, Lyft, and more.
This townhome is centrally located - you can walk, bike, or drive just about anywhere!

*The garage is equipped w/ FREE EV charging (9pm- 4pm daily) & plenty of free street parking right in front of the townhome
*NO PARTIES/ EVENTS/ GATHERINGS. MAX OCCUPANCY observed on property. Limit of 8 guests MAX. Please do not book this property if you are looking to party as you will be asked to leave with no refund.
*Quiet time is at 10pm (music off, voices down)
*Please do not disturb neighbors
*Bringing along furry friends? A pet fee of $150 per pet applies (maximum of 2 pets). If you selected the pet option during booking, but the fee collected was less than the total due, we’ll send an invoice for the remaining balance before your stay. Please let me know in advance if you’re bringing any pets. Must curb your pet, any pet damages will be charged to renter.

*Rental Agreement & Security Deposit: A signed rental agreement is required for insurance reasons in order to access the property. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be held as a pre-authorization on your credit card and released after checkout, provided no damages are claimed.
*Cancellations: We understand that plans can change, and we want to make the refund process as smooth as possible for you. If you're eligible for a full refund under our cancellation policy, we'll be happy to issue it accordingly. Please note that the refund will be processed minus any applicable credit card processing fees.
Electric Bikes:
*Must sign contract prior to usage (Plan to provide email upon booking)
*Must provide $200 deposit (refunded at checkout upon bike inspection)
*$60/day per bike or $145/ week (3+ days)
Cameras/Devices:
*Minut - sound detection at high decibels to prevent parties- I will be notified and if it gets very loud you will be notified too (we cannot hear what is being said, just measured sound decibals)
*Smart smoke detector - I will be notified if there is smoking inside the townhome ($200 fine)
*Exterior Cameras - facing the garages, facing the front of the building, facing the side of building, inside the garages - audio & visual recordings activated by motion sensor and in place for safety measures.
*Special note regarding cleaning/ sanitization:
Protecting each other’s health and safety is very important to us. We are doing our part in keeping our vacation rental as safe as possible to prevent any spread of any disease/illness. We have always made sure each room is clean and safe for the next guest and we will continue to do so.
*Allergies & Sensitivities: We use scented cleaning products and detergents. This property may not be suitable for individuals with sensitivities to fragrances.
