Ended up great!

Our first room (room 205) was not good. Outlets by bed didn’t work, drain was clogged in shower and the mattress was the absolute hardest thing I’ve ever slept on. I think the floor would’ve been softer than that bed. Luckily, the night shift manager was super helpful and moved us to a different room and it was much better! Beautiful room with comfortable bed. Very happy overall and grateful for the great customer service by Cassidy.

Nice place

I’ve stayed here a couple times now and it is a nice place! Walking distance to many sit down restaurants, bars, and a grocery store. My boyfriend loved the shampoos in the shower. Comfortable bed, clean room, and a safe place. I am always exhausted by the time I get to Huntsville so I’ve never taken advantage of the pool or other amenities like breakfast. But the freshly baked cookies are always good! Plus the front desk will give you bottled water if you ask. We will be back!

Hotel is nice enough, although a little out dated. General policy should include staggering guests on floors to minimize disruption of stomping/running children. Breakfast options were low quality, opted for the prepackaged muffin after tasting.

The room was bigger than most. Spacious bathroom too. That was very nice. I did not care for the breakfast chouces. The coffee was not that great either. All in all, I would stay there again.

Hampton is the best

I always stay at this location when coming to Huntsville to visit friends and family. It has a good breakfast in the morning and clean and safe rooms.

Uniqueness is how filthy this place was and unkept property outside. I paid 250$ for this filty place. Someone has lied in their surveys. Pet friendly at and extra cost of about 50$. Room rate went up by almot 25$ and fees went up by another 25$. For a 10lb poodle who was never let loose in this filthy room. What a shame.
