Location is perfect across the street from the Harbor, and very close to Main Street. We parked in front of our room and walked everywhere. The hotel is old but well kept, extremely clean. The grout in the bathroom is sparkling white. The bed was very comfortable. We would stay here again without question.

Perfect. My room had everything! Including a “no frills” but "everything you could possibly need (and then some) relaxed beach vibe.” Raj, the owner, was supremely pleasant and warm and even provides a phone number should there be concerns when the office is closed. This will absolutely be my go-to spot in Hyannis!

Great nights Stay

The Inn is a 2 story motel across from the harbor. It is a quick walk to downtown Hyannis the restaurants and the John Kennedy museum, worth the visit. The owner is very friendly and helpful and keeps a safe, clean and nicely appointed property. This Inn is great for a one night visit or a week with the family.

This is a conveniently located Motel. Very near to downtown Hyannis and ferry boats. My room was very clean. But it’s clearly “dated” and could use some upgrading.

The owner could not have been sweeter or more accommodating. There is a cute sitting area outside overlooking the harbor, when he saw that we were sitting there he brought some cushions out for us. He remembered our names every time he saw us. We will absolutely go back again. Great location, you have the harbor area and Main St shopping & restaurants in walking distance to the hotel. A little outdated but everything else makes up for it!
