Front desk was so nice and helpful at check in. Unfortunately couldn’t reach anyone by phone to ask for additional blankets for the couch so we went down to lobby. We were then told they’d be sent to our room and still never received. Was only there for the night before an early flight so I didn’t insist any further.

The hotel is very nice. The room was clean and beautiful. The rooftop pool and hot tub were also beautiful and very inviting. We were disappointed that we could not enjoy the buffet breakfast, since we had a 6 am flight.
