Not as good as it used to be

I used to love this hotel but it was terrible this time. The person running the front desk didn’t know what they were doing. Our room was filthy and another guest we talked to had to switch rooms due to mold in the bathroom. It is also not a good choice if you are a light sleeper as you can hear EVERYTHING. So sad that we will have to look for another place for our annual vacation.

The staff are extremely helpful and kind. The hotel is clean and not stinky. The only improvement i recommended is improve the breakfast but that is minor.
