Not a convenient area plus construction right next door. Staff was extremely friendly and our room was clean. The hotel surroundings were just ok. No breakfast service but could purchase food from a small area. Would not return.

Excellent stay! We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Easy, quiet, convenient with modern spacious rooms and a nice gym. The view from balcony was a very nice bonus!

Staff was great and helpful. There is a big construction project right now next door that adds to the dust and noise - no fault of the hotel. Quiet at night. Good laundry. Good fitness center. Could walk to greenbelt trail and to some restaurants across the river

7.5/10 Updated, convenient, and affordable. Kitchenette with fridge huge +. No breakfast, but lobby coffee station is decent. Room was not super clean, Dog hair and cob webs :/. Family of 4 kinda tight. Only 2 chairs and beds are doubles, not queens. Would stay again but I am not sure how this has 9/10 on Orbitz.
