Overall good stay

Room had too much cleaning odor when we arrived, and one of the bathroom sinks was missing the drain plug. Ceiling lights would also be helpful to make the rooms more friendly feeling. The staff was friendly and the food service people at breakfast in the morning were all very nice.

Got a complementary upgrade and it was so nice. Bed was extremely comfortable- soaker bathtub was amazing, and staff were great! The pool and spa were a hit, but I would have liked the pool to be a tab bit warmer, but kiddos loved it! Great location

We had the best check-in! The girl who checked us in was super friendly and made us feel right "at home". The lobby and surrounding area were impeccably clean and our room was spotless. We're looking forward to the complimentary breakfast in the morning and we will most definitely be back next time we travel to this area!

It was a spacious, clean room. However, I intentionally did not want a handicapped access room & got one. When I asked the clerk to change my room she said they didn’t have any available. I’m wondering if that’s because I used Expedia instead of calling them direct? Nothing against the handicapped, but I’ve stayed here many times and prefer the standard bathroom layout. Much more counter space.
