Very dirty and run down, mold in the shower as well as silicone needs to be removed and replaced. No coffee maker or alarm clock, just little things that should be available in the room

When I walked into the room I was getting ready for bed I saw on the pillow a little bug and on the other bed there was a dried up cockroach just really nasty also got really itchy in the middle of the night from the bedsheets Was really disappointed when there was no eggs or sausages for breakfast hot tub is under maintenance super tiny bathroom which when I tried taking a shower the water wouldnt go down it was super dirty and hair came out of the drain and it was clogged up I’m never booking here again I honestly regret spending my money there

The towels in the bathroom were folded and looked fresh. But the bathroom had not been cleaned. There was dirt and scum in the sink and the tub floor looked dirty. There was still a small bar of scummy soap in the bathtub! There was dirt in the corners of the bathroom floor and along the rim of the bathtub. I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel so cannot rate it. Would have slept better if I hadn't been wondering what else was dirty in the room.
