Unfortunately, I will not be leaving a 5 star review for this booking. While the customer service for Incline Cottage was great and the house was not, in any regards, in disrepair, it was definitely not up to standards for their asking rental price. The floors, carpet and laminate, were dirty (our socks and feet were dirty after walking on them from the first day), there were live spiders, spider webs, and cobwebs all over the inside, and dirty dishes and utensils were found in cabinets and drawers. Again, the customer service was great and the house itself was great, but I can honestly say that I will probably not be staying with them again. I hope they see this and take note as to where they can improve.
