If you’re only satisfied with everything being brand-new, probably pass on this one. However, if you are like me, and will compromise a little on older cabinets/doors & floors in exchange for a very good price and GREAT location, then book this right away !

Oceanique is a beautiful property with ocean views from the expansive balcony. The room was spotless and well stocked with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. It was nice having our own washer/dryer. The property is secure with cards and keys to unlock amenities. We were even able to see two rocket launches from our balcony.

SO HOW AMAZING WAS THIS CONDO AND ALL OF THE ASSOCIATES! From check in with Pattie to the men who keep the place up. Our room was so beautiful and beyond clean. Room was lovely only problem master bedroom had no soap or shampoo. Had to borrow one from friends in the second bedroom. The view was great and quiet. The hot tub was a big plus. Grounds were clean and inviting. Very quaint. Much better than staying in a large high rise hotel. Staff very friendly.
