Our house is located minutes away from the Polo Grounds site of Coachella and Stagecoach music festival (5 min away) and located inside a private golf community. (4 Car Max - 2 in garage 2 in the driveway)

Pool was great, there were an incredible number of beds, plentiful amount of towels, and the neighborhood was quiet. My group and I had a great time staying for a month. Host was responsive and we had no issues during the stay.For future guests, I would recommend bringing shampoo, soap, and more garbage bags. Will definitely be looking to stay at this property in the future.

Horse show stay

We were in town to attend the horse show at the desert international horse park. The property was in a great location. There was plenty of space for myself and our other employees and all the amenities we could ask for. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Indio.

We were not impressed with this property.

There are too many things that either didn’t work, we had to have fixed or were not pleasant. We also did not appreciate the LONG LINE most of the time to get into the gated community. We will not be back to this property.
