Very Best things: Excellent Mattress & linens, Good coffee, Friendly staff, V good tasting water, good water pressure, Deluxe 2 Q room is very spacious, Nice Small frig + microwave, Great midweek off season pricing, Clean, & Quiet location yet convenient to Conway + Kanc + 302 trails,. You may want to plan ahead for these things: all pillows are big, keep toiletries outside bathroom as it’s small sink area, some balconies are shared, and some screens don’t slide closed, and finally know the free breakfast & toiletries are typical of lower priced motels like Travelodge. That said, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again – truly a great value.

We booked this property for a last minute family outing, and we are so glad we did. The property is so well taken care of. The room was clean, and comfortable and stocked with your basic amenities. They had a solid spread for their Continental Breakfast (including a waffle machine). It was well stocked and attended, cleanest breakfast area I have ever eaten at. The pool was well taken care of and clean. The overall vibe of this place was just awesome. It is evident the family that owns this property takes great pride in it. We will absolutly be staying here again in the future.

Convenience store quality pastries, low-budget quality in every amenity. In the room, a 2-inch high raised piece of wood divided the room, which we tripped over several times; windows wouldn't stay open without being propped up; tub collected water with each use of the shower; shower curtain had mold at the bottom.

We have stayed here 2 years in a row because we love it so much! The family that owns it is so nice and works hard to keep everything running smoothly. The breakfast is wonderful. The rooms are big and well kept and the views are amazing. Jard to keep the place clean
