When we first got in the room , first thing we noticed was the bed sheets had all stains on it. It was gross. The house keeper made the bed next day and same dirt marks on the sheets. Towels had dirt marks. There were tons of fruit flies all in the bathroom. When we went on the porch, there were three bee hives and wasps everywhere. Couldn't even enjoy the balcony. Breakfast was complimentary, which was nice but the food was not good and barely cooked. I would not recommend this place. They had many complaints of dirty sheets and not clean rooms. complimentary which was nice

Nice property grounds, no real Mountain View’s. 5 minutes from story land which was our main attraction while here so it made travel easy and convenient. Typical continental breakfast, close to many food options and shopping/

After a long day of hiking on Mt Washington, we decided to look for a hotel in the Jackson area instead of driving back home. We were due to arrive late and the front desk staff called us to arrange check in. The owners obviously take pride in their property and we found it to be clean and well kept. The free breakfast was a nice surprise. Highly recommended!

This seems to be a small, family-owned business. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean. Staff was very friendly. We stayed three nights, and after the first night, housekeeping did not seem to visit our room while we were away for the day. We had to go to the desk and ask for new towels that night. My kids complained the pool was dirty with sand and grass clippings at the bottom. Beautiful setting and landscaping. Breakfast included waffle maker, eggs, sausage, cereal, pre-packaged muffins and danishes, and yogurt

Perfect little cottage like rooms. Room was clean. Beds not that comfy but not bad either. They have a fire pit for use, grills. The pool was a nice temp. Very clean on the outside and in general. Breakfast was basic. The kids liked the waffle maker. The room we had you had to slam the door to make sure it locks. Didnt figure that out till we got back and my daughter ran in with no key. But Overall great stay. Will definitely return.

This place is a Gem! Very friendly staff, the rooms were very clean as was the entire facility. The pool was very nice as was the front office, including the continental breakfast provided, which was maintained very well.. i’m so glad we picked this place will be back.

Was a cute property. Was a short drive to many restaurants. Only issue I had was the people constantly smoking in front of their doors. Couldn't open a window to enjoy the fresh air overnight.

Very convenient place to stay for Storyland. Place was clean (except for small flying gnats in room). Bathroom sink didn't drain properly & scalding hot water in bathroom sink was dangerous. Small but adequate space for a less costly stay than other choices in area. We had bottom level unit #121 so people above moving about was quite obvious noise- maybe ask for top floor unit. Breakfast choices were average but good. Would recommend but honestly would look elsewhere 1st b4 booking again.

The motel is very quiet and the area is kept well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Really enjoy staying here and the location is very convenient to tourists attractions.
