The staff, by far, is the jewel of this hotel!! We had an issue with our payment and the staff went above and beyond to help us work through the problem. They were always solicitous of our well being, ready to share their personal knowledge of the area, and just out right helpful in so many little ways. Our stay went over the top simply by their kindness. I left with the intention of seeking out a TownePlace Suites for every trip going forward.

Nice with a few hiccups

The room was fine. The bed was way to hard that none of us slept really great. I did have to call the desk for towels and toilet paper upon arrival. The safe was never reset from the previous occupants. Usually we enjoy our stay during the wizardfest weekend and we will continue to stay here it was just those few things.
