I booked this hotel because the check in time was 3pm. When we came to check in, we were told by Pearl at the front desk that our room wouldn't be ready until about 3:40pm and the reasoning was because we booked through a third party so she has to prioritize the Marriot members. I thought it was convenient to use Hotels.com but not if it puts me last in line to get my room.
