The children will run straight to the new pool where they will spend hours living a dream, floating and playing games. It might be hard to get them to leave the house and head to the beach, which is located straight down 24th Avenue. A City Beach Access Path located at the end of the street makes beach access easy. Where the kids are going to love the new private pool and sun deck, the adults are going to enjoy the spacious outdoor living room located on the screen porch. During the heat of the day or under the Carolina star filled night, the screen porch is the perfect spot to dream of the past and make plans for the future.
Inside of this wonderful home you will find a unique floor plan. 29 on 24th Avenue features a formal dining room, living room and kitchen. All newly decorated and wonderful. A large pantry is located off of the kitchen and provides access to the house with the electronic lock. Once inside, there a several exterior doors to access the screen porch, pool deck and front deck. The master bedroom, featuring a king bed, and the guest queen bedroom each features a private full bath. The second guest bedroom has a king bed. Finally, the large fourth bedroom is perfect for adults or kids with two full beds. The King bedroom and bedroom with two full beds share a hall bath. Finally, when the sun has set and it is time to dream about the adventures of the day, your family will all be comfortable with new mattresses featured in each bedroom. Just a short walk will bring you to the dream destination that makes the Isle of Palms one of the best beaches on the East Coast. In Mount Pleasant (7 miles), your family will want to visit Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of oaks, the USS Yorktown, Town Center shopping and the restaurants lining the shrimp docks on Shem Creek. *Home Truths:* - You must be 25 years or older to book this home. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. - This property allows one pet, under 40 lbs, for a $250 pet fee. The pet must be approved in advance. - The pool can be heated for $100/day (4 night min) with 24 hours notice, as long as the average outside temperature is over 55F. - Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
