It is a good hotel with good staff. If youre not good for walk, then is the location of the hotel probertly wrong. You have every day to walk the street up the center.

Brilliant city break

Fascinating city with a long history and amazing sites. Abundance of restaurants. The hotel was an ideal location within walking distance of the main sites. We hired a car but never used because of the great location. Much easier to hop on the tram to further sites and avoid the traffic. The staff at the hotel were lovely. Ample breakfast. Roof top restaurant. Would definitely return.

Great time in Turkey

An amazing time in Istanbul. A beautiful city full of history and culture, friendly people, great food and loved the shopping. The Ottoman Park Hotel surpassed my expectations. A warm and friendly welcome as soon as you enter the hotel. Amazing views of the Bosphorus from the restaurant. The staff were warm and friendly, the rooms are all designed in Ottoman style. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

City break

I booked this hotel for a weekend trip away with my sister to Istanbul. We wanted to stay somewhere that was comfortable with a more individual boutique feel than some of the larger chains and we were not disappointed. The hotel is very clean and styled in a classic Ottoman feel with a modern twist. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I emailed in advance to request the room be made up as a twin and got a prompt response and an offer of transfers and guides. We booked the transfer and a car was waiting for us on arrival. The reception staff also booked taxis and restaurants for us on request. The hotel is a little worn in places but is well appointed and spotlessly clean. A good array at breakfast left us spoiled for choice and breakfast taken on the terrace of the roof top restaurant was a delight, with a view across the old town and out to sea watching the many ferries and cargo ships crossing the strait. There are plenty of tavernas cafes and shops in the immediate vicinity and all the key tourist sights are no more than a 10 minute walk. The tram line is a short walk away right by the grand bazaar but be warned it is up a steep hill!

A gem of a hotel

I chose this hotel using online reviews for me and my husband and we weren't disappointed upon arrival. There was a €30 euro transfer fee from ataturk airport to hotel which we opted to arrange and pay prior to arriving in Istanbul. The car used to pick us up was comfy and spacious. The hotel is located in Kadigir and is approximately a 10 minute walk to the Blue Mosque and tram line where all the main tourist attractions are. If you want a good idea of how the hotel looks inside and outside then the photos provided by management are exactly that. The hotel was no different from the pictures on the hotel website. It really is that spot on. Breakfast is provided in the roof top restaurant. Breakfast includes eggs (scrambled and boiled), a few other hot Turkish food options like savoury pastries, cheese, olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, dried fruit, jam, butter, cream cheese, honeycomb, cereals, teas, coffees, breads, toast, cakes, sweet pastries, juices and water. The hotel staff are extremely friendly, helpful, beds are comfortable, everything is clean, nice facilities and I'd definitely recommend Ottoman Hotel Park and their sister hotel Ottoman Imperial which we stayed in on our last night.

Toilet papers need to be put on the bin, but the bin was not emptied during the visit. The shower was broken, all the water leeked from showerhose. Breakfast was very poor. For 4* you definetely should have better service and cleaning.

Our open buffet breakfast includes hot and cold options.olive and cheese varieties Three or four kinds of appetizers made by our own hot tea and coffee boiled and scrambled eggs.jam and natural honeycomb.We think you are doing it wrong.
