Great hotel! It’s our second stay here and we LOVE that they are pet friendly. I only wish they had a bigger fitness center because it is extremely tight and not at all functional.

The hotel was clean and staff were all courteous and polite . Convenient location if visiting Cornell and close proximity to college town where restaurants are. Food in taverna banfi excellent . My only complaint is pillows were so soft —it will be nice if they had some firm pillows if requested. I also notice staff did not sen ti clean room when we were away
