Room was clean, bed and pillows comfortable. Small micro and refer in room. Check in easy and quick. Safe and convenient. Great place to stay for an overnighter on your way through. Soon hopefully they will have the small casino and restaurant open- but in the meantime, try Sopris in the four jacks casino for a good meal.

The lobby smelled like a dispensary. The clerk at check was most likely high. Room was not as pictured on website. The carpet was filthy, room was dingy and dark. There was mold on the ceiling in the shower and the sink kept backing up. It was horrible but i guess you get what you pay for. The pictures on website are definitely deceiving.

My only Negative...was it was late when I turned on TV...and couldn't connect. I Opted NOT to call the desk due to the hour, but I'm certain He would have gladly helped me out. Current Staff are very helpful, and interact politely with everyone. I will be back!

Under new management and things are getting better here. Soon the restaurant will be up and running again. Jackpot is a pretty small town, you can walk everywhere if the weather is appropriate. I’d stay here again.

Great comfy room. Pool and hot tub open year round. Super breakfast! On the downside, lots of highway noise, no convenient way to get from far side rooms to the lobby, pool or eating area, especially if you have walking or stair issues.

Not bad on a budget

Jeff the New GM really went out of his way to help me with a situation when I locked my keys in my car. It's a budget hotel so keep that in mind but his concern to ensure I was safe and comfortable was over the top.
