They do not have bellman. They are out of everything. You have to request Robes and slippers. They were out of slippers. The spa was way over priced. They had to business charging $275 for an 80 minute message and couldn’t provide what you need to even go. Amenities are not great. No one was ever at Resturant so we didn’t ever eat there. The room was always humid, air didn’t work. No fan in bathroom. Pillows were small and horrible. The fitted sheet kept coming off, not soft. The place is just out dated and not worth what they charge. I’ve seen motel 6 do a better job.

This crowd is about as lowdown as they get. American Airlines canceled our flights, and these clowns wouldn’t even discuss letting us rebook our rooms. They took all our money for all 4 nights for all 4 rooms.

Great hotel in Teton Village

Really great winter escape - the hotel has a winter lodge / wood cabin theme that is really cute and cozy. Very short walk to Bridger Center and the rest of the establishments in the village. Lobby and bar area is comfortable, the guest rooms are a pretty good size. The complimentary ski valet is a life saver to keep wet gear out of the room! There is both an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub, the outdoor hot tub is very nice and cozy (in a cave to block it from the rest of Teton Village). The staff are awesome - we actually got locked out of our room at 10pm on New Year’s Eve and they had multiple people helping us and checking in on us to get us back in. It was expensive over New Year’s Eve but it’s one of the best prices in Teton Village and we thought it was well worth it

What I like; Being able to ski back in. That the staff is courteous and helpful. That the skis and ski boots are stored properly. That the pool is connected from indoor to outdoor. The glass cups in the room. What I didn't like; Old facilities Noisy motor noise from next door to our room A bit uphill to the slopes Glass cups were not changed every day. The lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom Fewer electrical outlets No bathrobe in the room

I had a great time here the lodge downstairs is awesome and they even have a place to store your ski’s or snowboard’s for free overnight! Also the heated pool and hot tub were awesome after a long day of snowboarding! The ski lifts are also within a 1 or 2 minute walk which you can’t beat.

They kept telling us the bar would open. It never did. Would of been nice if they just told us. So we could of brought our own drinks. If singing that you breath about on hotels. Com. (Bar) isn't working let people know so they can know up front
